Just a little twister in Iowa

What do you guys think of this little twister that happened in Iowa. The amazing part is that there was really no damage. Because for some reason, as soon as it touched down, it lifter right back up. Thankfully for the people in the area, cause I have a felling this would have caused just a bit of damage.
