Hi welcome to Granular, hopefully you'll enjoy yourself here.

For the most part internet connection is configured through the control center.

First open up the control center (Configure Your Computer) Then go to network and internet,
and then lastly to set up a new connection. And that should get you on your way.

hi chris ! I tried what u said. it simply says : bluetooth    no device can be found for this connection type ??? and now?

chrisz on April 17, 2008, 12:54:22 AM
Well, offering no information probably won't help us to figure out what might be wrong. So what kind of system specs do you have, and what kind of card do you have.

Did you look on the internet, do we know if it's a card generally supported by linux. Without any simple system specs, there wont be an awful lot anyone can do to help you.

hi chris, sorry if I gave ya nothin' but it seems it's workin'...anyway I downloaded all I found about bluetooth in the repo, then I did the phone pairing. so I tried with network connection and it asked me apn, username and password and so on I'm in the web. this evening I'll try again and confirm u but I'm not pessimist this time.

thanx again and again
