I think every aspect is a beautiful work of art.
The opposite tones /pitches of the singers add a lot of depth to the song, the harmony is there & consistant, it's just played back & fourth until the final note.
I had searched both singers
and The Rasmus
and I have to admit, I am not too keen on their preferred art form (HIM considering his format as "Love Metal"
) what the heck is that??
and The Rasmus is a bit to techno / teen-boppish for my liking
But, never the less... two men with captivating voices, brought together and used to present their best achievment (IMO) in this one hypnotic song
And cellos have always really had a strong place in my soul (as with any stringed instrument) and the same is for the Bag pipes (which I tried once and almost passed out
Also wind instruments draw me right in (especially Celtic music)
But, my tastes range from classical to speed / death metal..... (any and everything but the new style of country, rap and hip-hop)
I love the banjo too.... now those I can play..... bag pipes will forever sit in the attic
