It seems Microsoft is offering a free copy of Vista in return of user's privacy. Now the question is, "Who would like to do it voluntarily????".

Merlin Whitewolf on December 12, 2007, 04:45:16 PM
I found no link to get vista. LOL From here - http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1251215 - I was linked to here - http://www.hardocp.com/news.html?news=Mjk2MTMsLCxoZW50aHVzaWFzdCwsLDE= and from there the link simply returned me to the same page.

No big deal, I just wanted to see how they were presenting it.

Oh my God! I couldn't believe it! The people signing for this stupid contest outnumbered the Vista copies Microsoft had to offer.  :o

Some people toss their brain out the door, when they are told that something worth $350 is theirs for $0. They don't seem to notice the "All we require is....." part of the offer.

"There ain't no such thing as a free lunch!"

Or --

"When the fat man in the shiny suit says, "This is yours, without cost," hold tight to all of your valuables. The price is going to be high!"

i agree Merlin. This could be the sole reason behind huge number of people enrolling themselves in the so-called "Feedback Program".

Yep! It's sad, but people do tend to suspend their reasoning in such circumstances.

well all windows are free
atleast in india
just install from any pirated disk without a cd key
change your date to 31/12/2099
and execute this command
cscript slmgr.vbs -rearm
it takes some time to complete
now change back to your current date
restart your computer
now your days left for activation will remain 29 forever(atleast upto 31 dec 2099)
you can download all legit products from the windows site
Some People think that football is a matter of life and death, They're wrong. It's a hell lot more.
