Wallpaper by SommU

 First of all, I would just like to say.... BRAVO SommU   This, is an extremely hot piece of work!!!
 My only observation is, would it be better to have the star shooting "upward" rather than downward, as some may make cracks about "Granular going down in flames" (just an idea)

 Now, onto some text.....
 Maybe somewhere along the lines of something relating to a "shooting star", or maybe adding something to resemble an atmosphere on the idea of "Granular knows no barriers"? or something pertaining to a comet??
 I can offer to continue working on these thoughts with you, if they seem interesting. It just takes time to think about such things and then one day... it just hits you.
 Sometimes, the simplest way for this, is to jot down a few words which come to mind when looking at the picture and work with them, exhaust every combination of each word. Write down the catchiest slogan you come up with for each word and then work from that list, and so on...
 But I definitely think it should not be rushed, as such a brilliant piece definitely deserves a complimentary slogan

I like the idea SommU, but first things first:

1. The wallpaper does not seem to have a grey background which would suit the theme for the next version.
2. I've have the tag line prepared with me which I'll email you sometime soon. I was initially thinking of using the tagline just for the bootsplash, but as you suggested, I think it would be fine to use it with the wallpaper as well.
3. The logo should not appear subtle in the default wallpaper.

Talking on another note, if this wallpaper is being prepared with a "non-default wallpaper" thing in mind, then it would perfectly even with the black background as we need some dark ones too.

Good point geminiguy maybe if it was going sideways.. and that definetly ís a good point.. it was better going up.. but atleast im out of words with that one OMG OMG as i was writing i got great idea.. "Is it a bird? A plane? No, it's Granular!!" yea maybe not the best one..

well i wasnt quite sure that i shouldnt use the logo in it.. (And yes it doesnt look 2 good with grey background) i was kinda thinking u asked like 2 wallpapers so maybe this could be like the second chouse and the first one could be more about the theme.. i suppose i could make this non-default wallpaper.. and those next 2 will be so much grey that itll make u sick....

Yeah, we can keep this as the non-default wallpaper and the next 2 can be utilized for the default one. Just remember one thing that whatever you make for the default one, do it as professionally as you can, as you did last time.

I have been rapped up with compiling things, and have gotten away from looking at everyone's graphic stuff. I really enjoy all of the wallpaper
everyone has worked so hard on.

But that logo in the last one is simply stunning, I mean man that thing is sweet. Just wish I could make graphics like that, very, very nice.

Oh yeah.. i had completly forgotten that wallpaper.. maybe i should finnish it..

I have actually quite big problem with it now.. well we all know thats space is somewhat blue and purple or just blue it depends i guess..  the problem is.. the granular logo in its redness doesnt fit in there.. and changing the space color to red doesnt help a bit and changing logos color well that would be the last thing to do but even that wont help..

 I think the center image is ok... the red logo works with it. But it is very grainy. Is this just due to the format of the posted images?
 Can I get a copy of both the background image and the logo image you used to get a better look?

Yeah, the center image is looking good. Gemini, I guess the grainy look is there because SommU put it deliberately to give it a "spacey" look. Right, SommU?

I have to agree I like the center one, but don't like the grainy look.

Well there aint really any grainy look.. its just stars.. dont u like stars eh? Well there was 2 much noise there but if u check my last post theres never version with less noise.. its alot better but idk.. i still think it looks kinda full.. gotta change te text "effects" they looks just stupid so im gonna try to go without them
