[SOLVED] driver for Mobile Intel 965/960 Express Chipset Family

i am toiling hard to configure video driver in my compaq presario c702tu. it has "Mobile Intel 965/960 Express Chipset Family Video/Graphics Driver"
please include it in your next granular release.

the above driver issue has been solved. by the way, driver for the above device will definitely be there in the next granular as xorg 7.2 has it already.

it will be very nice if we get a good download manager like that of DAP.

oh! i visited the url you mentioned. but i am quite annoyed at that page. it says to download from git://...
it would have been better to download from an ftp or http page. my god, why the folks come up with the git thing. now i am in office logged in to windows xp.

Well, if possible please give me the ftp or http pages where i can download the source and compile them.
Anyways, I will send you the xorg.conf file tomorrow.

Yep git is really meant for development, and not normal downloads.
