The above link is to a theme engine for KDE4 called Aurorae. I discovered it after hearing Sabayon was looking into it ( more info here.)

Perhaps Granular could utilize this?

Apparently KDE 4.4 is including the Aurorae engine in it. :)

If that is so, we could think of a possibility of including a couple of Aurorae themes in Granular 2. I've included this suggestion in the to-do list for Granular 2. Let's see what rest of the team thinks about it.

Well aurorae is now me deafult choice for few months now.
its great, plus the aurorae-air theme goes perfectly with the rest of air or oxygen
